Establishing a design language begins with a meaningful conversation. We aim to grasp our clients’ aesthetic preferences by building a genuine connection with them, delving into their lifestyle and unique taste. Effective design emerges when form seamlessly integrates with function.
Programming & Planning
We begin with asking questions. What is your ideal lifestyle? Are you someone who enjoys entertaining guests? Do pets or children play a significant role in your daily life at home? How do you envision using and enjoying your living space?
Based on your responses, we develop a customized space plan that maximizes functionality.
Design development
This is where we begin to get hands-on with materials, furnishings, finishes, and lighting. This goes hand in hand with adjusting floor plans and creating detailed elevation drawings, and renderings of the space which help a client visualize how their interior will come together as a whole. We then create presentation boards for the client’s review and approval.
Construction administration
During this process, we finalize detailed drawings and review them with the contractor. We begin to order furnishings, finishes, fixtures, and equipment.
When construction begins, we tend to site visits, and coordinate the delivery and installation of goods and furnishings to ensure your space comes together smoothly and beautifully.
